Dates & Times

  • July 11 – VIP Events 3 to 6 pm
  • July 12 – 10 am to 5 pm
  • July 13 – 9 am to 4 pm

Set Up

  • July 11 – 8:30 am.
  • You will receive table assignments upon arrival.
  • The Sheraton Airport Hotel will provide black tablecloths.

Registration

  • Let us know if you expect more than 3 team members to ensure enough chairs for your table.
  • Your confirmation email will be proof of purchase of your Event Registration. If you didn’t receive an email, check your spam folder.
  • If you have any problems or questions, contact us at info@pnwpenshow.com or send an IMS on Instagram.

Food & Drinks at the Event

  • The Pacific Northwest Pen Show will sell food and drinks at the event. Boxed lunches will be available for purchase.  You can preregister for your lunch by clicking HERE.
